Licda. Alexandra Kourany Moltó
Introduction
Founding partner of the firm. Lawyer with extensive experience in the areas of Corporate, Commercial, Intellectual Property and Immigration Law.
Prior to founding LEGALIA PANAMA, she practiced as a Senior Attorney in a local law firm for nine consecutive years, where she was in charge of the full management of cases in the areas of Corporate Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate Sale, Maritime and Immigration Law.
In addition to serving as managing partner of the firm, she has been a professor at the Universidad Santa María la Antigua and at the Universidad del Istmo, where she taught Maritime Legislation, International Maritime Conventions and International Maritime Trade. She actively participates as a speaker in seminars and congresses both nationally and internationally.
He is characterized by his entrepreneurial spirit and his ability to identify and develop new legal services that adapt to the needs of the client. His professional approach is based on building solid and trusting relationships with clients and strategic allies, thanks to his excellent interpersonal skills. She is an effective mediator, with a flexible attitude and oriented to conflict resolution, always looking for practical and beneficial solutions for all parties involved.
He is currently an active member of the following international associations: Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), International Trademark Association (INTA) and local associations such as the American Chamber of Commerce Panama (AMCHAM) and the Panamanian Association of Immigration Law (APADEM).
